The company was incorporated on May 11, 2007 as a private limited company under the companies Ordinance, 1984. The principal activity of the company is oil refining, extracting and manufacturing and sale of vegetable ghee, cooking oil and its by-products.This project is located at Plot No. 48-A, Eastern Industrial Zone, Port Qasim, Karachi. This is composite unit and its rated production capacity is as under:-

Ghee & Cooking Oil                 300 M.Tons Per day

The refinery is a response to a large demand for palm oil products and particularly the refined, bleached and deodorized components. Palm oil products are being used mainly as food additive (80%) and remaining (20%) in the cosmetics and soap manufacturing industries at the movement. There is a move towards the use of refined palm oil, bio-diesel to power motor vehicle as well. This plant is fully automatic and continuous system of refining crude oil, and palm oil.

The second production of this project is manufacturing of ghee and cooking oil. The company is being marketing its products in the neighbor countries to export. Due to good quality and standard of our products, the demand is increasing day by day in the people of Afghanistan and UAE.

TRANSTECH LIMITED

The company was incorporated as public limited company in 1987 under the Companies Ordinance, 1984. The principal activity of the company is oil extraction from imported and local oil seeds and manufacturing of cooking oil and its by-products.

This project was acquired in 2004 by the management of Mujahid Group of Industries which located at 60-KM Multan Road, Bhai Pheru, District Kasur. This is a composite unit i.e. solvent extraction plant which was imported from USA, UK, Japan and cooking oil project purchased from local market.

Presently Pakistan consumed about 2.8 million tons of vegetable ghee per annum of which 80% is vanaspati ghee and while the remaining 20% is liquid cooking oil. Cooking oil is used in the urban areas whereas ghee is popular in the rural areas. The primary             local edible oil is extracted from cottonseed. The content of oil in cotton seed is between 14 to    33% recoverable giving Pakistan potential oil production of 600,000 to 700,000 M.Tons against cotton seeds availability around 1940 vintage locally manufactured exposure so far Pakistan production of edible seed has not exceeded 350,000 M.Tons with the utilization of this solvent extraction technologies, Pakistan can potentially increase its edible oil production by 350,000 M.Tons per annum without any increase in oil seeds production resulting in saving over Rs. 150 billions in foreign currency. Our solvent plant has its rated capacity 120 M.Tons of oil seed extracting and 80 M.Tons cooking oil per day. This is central area of Punjab and has easy approach to market for procurement of oil seed and supply of their products. The range of products is as under:-
