HAFEEZ IQBAL OIL & GHEE INDUSTRIES (PVT.) LTD.

The company was incorporated as private limited company under the Companies Ordinance, 1984 in 1989. The main object of the company is to manufacture and sale of vegetable ghee, cooking oil, margarine, Co₂ Gas and its by-product laundry soap.

Initial production capacity of this plant was 60 M.Tons per day of vegetable ghee and cooking oil. Due to increase in demand of our products, the management expanded the production capacity upto 300 M.Tons per day. In 1998, added a new production line of industrial fats/margarine having capacity 20 M.Tons per day. Margarine is butter like product that typically contains 80% refined vegetable blended emulsified with approximately 20% milk and usually fortified with vitamin A. It is widely used both as a spread and a cooking fat. Margarine is a butter substitute mujahid margarine / puff is being used for making bread, baker products i.e. biscuits, pastries, cakes etc.

 Laundry soap is also producing in this plant for domestic market. Traditional bar soaps are made form fats and oil or their acids, which are reached with inorganic water-soluble bases. The raw material are being presented to remove imparities and to achieve the colour order and performance features desired in the finished soap bar.

Further, the company installed a automatic imported (France made) plant for printing and lacquering of empty tins/can for quality products.

The company has successfully acquired ISO-22000-2005, ISO-9001-2000 and ISO-14001-2000 certification in 2008. This reflects that company has achieved high standard of quality management and commitments to consumer’s satisfaction. Our allied products are popular in the Punjab and N.W.F.P. and Azad Jammu Kashmir. This project was acquired in banking auction (formerly Bilal Ghee Industries (Pvt.) Ltd.) in 2004 and is located at 5-KM Jhang Road, Muzaffar Garh. The company is a registered firm under the Partnership Act, 1932. Due to increase in demand of vegetable ghee and cooking oil in Pakistan, the management has decided to establish a new unit to meet the market targets and acquired land measuring 5 acres at Industrial Zone, Port Qasim near Karachi. The construction of the project is under progress, its proposed installed capacity is 100 M.Tons per day, and we expect that this project will be completed at the end of this year.
