Mr. Muhammad Ikram Sheikh Chairman of Mujahid Group of Industries, who migrated with his ancestors from India at the time of partition of Sub-Continent in 1947 and settled at Rawalpindi. His father Mr. Muhammad Yaqoob Sheikh took the initiative and started a business of laundry soap on manual line of production. This was in fact courage of bear handed person who invested nothing more than sincere labour in the business. Allah who has promised his humankind to give benefits reward of sincere efforts, pick up this small industry and made it what you are seeing today.

The management of the Mujahid Group of Industries has very dynamic and forward looking in their approach towards business. In the first decade of this century the management studied the market of Ghee & Cooking Oil in different area of Pakistan and a revolutionary step taken up to get market share across Pakistan and export to Afghanistan, U.A.E. and purchased / installed with willing partners the following diverse projects in big cities of Pakistan

The management of the Group took a further step ahead and in 1989 installed a ghee and cooking oil project having its installed production capacity 60 M.Ton per day at Industrial Estate, Hattar, District Haripur N.W.F.P. namely M/s Hafeez Iqbal Oil & Ghee Inds. (Pvt.) Ltd. This was first ghee and cooking oil industry of the Mujahid Group of Industries and in this area. Due to increase in demand of our well-reputed brand, Mujahid Ghee and Mujahid Cooking Oil, the management increased his production capacity by 300 M.Ton per day. In 2002 further, production line of margarine was added in this project having production capacity 20 M.Tons per day.
